Micah Burton is a former corporate executive with over 40 years of experience, including 35 years in leadership roles within major financial institutions. After building a successful career without a traditional college path, she launched LifeLift Career Prep to help high school graduates gain the skills and confidence to succeed in the workforce. Now based in Columbus, OH, Micah is passionate about empowering young adults to pursue meaningful careers and become contributors in their communities
LifeLift Career Prep is a non-profit organization committed to guiding young adults as they embark on their professional journeys post-high school graduation. Through workforce soft skills courses, coaching, and mentorship programs, we aim to bridge the gap between education and employment, ensuring every young adult has the opportunity to achieve their career aspirations and build a successful future, without a college degree.
Training is offered to high school juniors and seniors, through young adults age up to 24.
